Angry Anyone having mail issues this morning

My inactivate count has climbed to about 200 plus users with an average of inactive for 10 hours or so. Is at&t having issues or RIM??? My users cant send and cant recieve.

Default I am using BES and it looks like most of them are from at&t
anyone else seeing this with bes, we are running bes 4.1.4 with sql 2005

I am not seeing this with my BES, I am on 4.0.5 with Groupwise 6.5.4. Are you services running on the BES?
