Hi.

I have a problem with my Out Of Office settings.

I am not anymore able to set the Out Of Office Autoreply from my Blackberry. If I set it, it does not get reflected on the Exchange server, and vice versa.

Blackberry model and version: 8707v, Vodafone Italy, v4.1.0.316

Any hints?

I'm having the same problem. This used to work for me, and was fully integrated. I'm on a Domino/Notes 6 platform, with a Verizon 8703e. Perhaps a reset, or see if my IT guys can resend my service books?

Sorry for reviving this thread, but has anybody experienced this? One of my users is experiencing this, Im using BES 4.1.6.9 and Exchange 2003...

kitmoni - assuming you are an end user: ask your BES admin to check the Domino BES security fields f (with regards to agents). Might also show them BlackBerry Enterprise Server on Domino Discussion: BES 4.x Out of Office Agent Integration Breaks when Mailfile owner set to Editor in ACL (Update: Fixed in 4.1 SP5!!!)

People on exchange, not sure exactly what might be up.

Thanks for your info. what should we do even after ACL has manager access to user's mail file. Still Out office set in BB do not sync with L NOtes and vice versa.

What version of BES?
What version of Domino on BES server?
What version of Domino on mailserver?
