Default Advice for Selling Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I plan to sell my unlocked 8300 on ebay, anyone have an idea on what the minimum I should accept. I want to buy a 8320 so I can have the T-mobile router at home, they say my 8300 will not work.

It all depends on how much you want for it. The 8300 is already an outdated device (so-to-speak) since the newer onces have either GPS or WiFi. Also depends on the condition.

And, no, your 8300 won't work with wifi.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8320/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Do a search on eBay and see what 8300's like yours are going for and go from there.

Read the post. Read where I said so to speak That's what I said.

The 8300 is being replaced by 8310's, 8320's and 8330's.

I think it is fair to say that the 8700 series is outdated. I wouldn't quite call anything from the 8300 or 8800 series outdated. There are newer versions of those same models with a few extra features now but that doesn't quite make them outdated. But the 8700...

AT&T will be discontinuing the 8300 for the 8310. Same with the 8800 in place of the 8820. That was my only point here.....

Generally speaking, ANY device model that is not in ready supply from local retailers can be considered "outdated." The 8800 and 8300 both fit this bill.

John, Yes that 's what I thought like you said as above. I posted in this forum ask them if 8300 replaced by 8310? they never answer my question by post. finally your answer that, I am right about 8300 is definitely replaced by 8310.

WHEW!

I charged my old 7100t up and now it's "my son's". (he's 18 months old)

I did this shortly after I spotted him dropping my 8700 onto the front porch!
