I've just upgraded the OS to 5.0.0.405. So far everything seems OK. No SMS bugs and YouTube seems to work etc etc. However I've notices that you can no longer store email and sms messages together...

Thanks for response Dan. Your right this is an issue with compatibility. I've downgraded to 2007 and I'm now able to synchronize with BB Desktop Manager. Many thanks.
