Hi there,

Im trying to save my BBM pins to the media or sim card. So far, I managed to save all my pins under the phone contact. Now how can I make it so that if I switch phone its all saved?

Just use the built in contacts backup in BBM. It's found in the BBM options.

Backup files remotely

or

Backup files locally

I dont understand the difference between the both

Either or both.

"Remotely" will associate the backup on the RIM servers with the email address that you choose.

"Locally" will save the backup on your Media Card.

Do both for "safety". Then your BBM contacts will get restored automatically when you change devices.

Note also that there's no ability to back them up to your SIM card.
