the problem is when i try to download all those themes on my BB 7100I web browser i get an error tht says...

"the page u are trying to load is not supported by the browser. Please try loading a differnet page".

Are you connected to a BES server? If so, you may have a policy that restricts you from downloading any third party software.

How do I know if I have that kind of server...and if so how do I change it?????

Is your BlackBerry connected through work, if it is more than likely it is through a BES server, you can also be connected that way if you subscribe to a third party BES service.
