I'm supporting the Pearl using my 7100 and we haven't been given a test 8100 yet for end user trouble shooting.

I'm looking for 8100 screenshots or possibly an online emulator to help walk end users through things like sim card removal, enterprise activation, etc.

anyone have anything they can add to this thread?

Its all pretty simple really go test one at a mobile shop or look in the online manual.

You can also use BlackBerry Simluators. I support over 2000 BlackBerry users and found the simulators to be a great tool. It allows me to see exactly (not everything but almost) what the end-user is seeing on their BlackBerry.

Download jl_cmder once you get a Pearl, you can pull screenshots right off the Pearl.

Search for Screenshooter. You can make videos and screenshots. Really good stuff here.
