I get the same problem, if someone replies to me, their text does not appear, only my original text - very annoying. I cannot ready people's replies!

I have exactly the same problem, email replies are not showing up properly. Also I find that HTML emails do not display properly in the Pearl, by comparison I have an 8800 and they display absolutely...

Thanks but not sure how this helps me correct the problem and restore the options because I have never selected or used BES, I have only ever used or selected the internet service.

Hi,

If I go to Email Reconciliation in message options, it is totally blank. No longer any options (they used to be in there) to 'delete on mailbox & handheld, wireless reconcile and conflicts...
