I disagree PIN is easier. Most people have everyone's e-mail in their address book. They don't have other people's PIN very often....

They don't have desktop manager. For photos, missing sync integrates with iPhoto. So you can just set up special albums in iPhoto, drag pictures to them and then missing sync will sync those photos...
