does anyone know of an app thatconvert standrd to metric and vice versa?

i was brought up on metric, and can't easily do conversion in my head.


i have this little .exe file i put on every computer i have that helps me out alot and was wondering if there's any such thing for the BB. it even does things like inch^3 to feet^3 just to give one example.

the built in calculator does a fair amount of conversions. enter a number and then press the menu key and you'll see it. Other than that, I am not aware of another program, but I haven't looked.

This. Has all of the conversions listed in your .exe desktop converter, because JKoder actually used the source code from it!

I recently got a unit converter program called BBUnitConverter. Do a search for it in the forum or Google and you should find it. I find it very practical and useful.

Tried installing it but couldn't get it to work on mine. I'm running OS 4.2 though. Says I dont have the required module "net_rim_xml_org". I'm thinking it might be an OS issue since it worked on a 8310 with OS 4.5.
