Let me start off with the fact that we are using Verizon as our carrier. I think currently, we are at 130 handhelds, and maybe 60 or so cell phones, so right now, switching isn't an option.

Our rep has been promising that the Samsung 830 would work fine with our BES, and of course no luck there. Now he's ranting about the Motorola Q and as far as I can tell, this won't be friends with our BES either. Is there anything out there that will work? I should also add that we are Lotus Domino based.

Im confused, are you asking whether or not there are Verizon Blackberry devices available?

The only devices that will work with a BES server are a BlackBerry handheld or a BlackBerry Connect device.
