When I try to discharge an aplicacion by ota, a password asks me and user. someone knows because? I haven´t placed any password. Certainly I have a bb 7100V vodafone spain

Did the user enable password or content protection on the handheld?

I dont put any password, the extactly message is:
Autentificacion necessary for OTA
Name of user:
Password:
recalling credentials

The error that gives me when I cancel is:
Error of HTTP 401: Without autoriacion

I only have pin-puk, bbpin, mail and password of the mail.
