My 7100g has "device error 322" last week. I've fixed by replace memory BGA-chip from other 7100. After that, I've re-instal OS and device work normally, with new pin:FFFFFFFF
But now I need to remove SIM-lock for use with othe provider, but after typed MEPPD, MEPP2 not show anything.
Any solutions?

If the pin is FFFFFFFF your device has issues. Everytime I have seen this I had to replace the device.

Agreed...Pin: FFFFFFFF is pretty much a dead device. I've never seen anyone able to do anything with it after that.

Now U see. My BB working normally with pin:FFFFFFFF, Cingular SIM card, but roaming.

first owner of my BB is my friend. He bring it from US, and he's present me when device has error 322 and he cannot fix, 'cause I'm working on a mobile-hospital.
First time I turned phone on with new BGA Memory chip, the phone show me JVM error 507 (ofcuorse, my friend trying to fix the phone before), and when I use AppLoader I can see PIN. I've used JavaLoader to wipe handheld, and the next use Apploader, the program show me new PIN:FFFFFFFF lol
