On my wife's 9700, SMS msgs from some people are identified by name, from other people by number. Is there a setting so that they all come in by name? Thanks.
All all the senders in her address book? Sometimes when this happens to me, I copy their number with the country code and put that in the 'other' section of the numbers in their contact entries.
