ok what i ment was i got a new pearl via warrenty and i took the old one apart just do dust it off is there a chance that they wont notice that i took it apart?

I doubt it, assuming that you didn't cause any damage that might clue them in.

the BB pearl from t-mobile has no paint markers on the screws or stickers or any other type of markings to let them know if you have taken it apart. The cingular I don't know about since I only have T-mobile

o hey guess what in my warrenty exchange i recived a batt cover and so i just called tmo and they said i could keep it!! noif only they sent me a battery!!
