if i remember correctly, the drivers are not for the modem but for that software the emulates the com port. the modem gets installed with standard microsoft drivers.

What coast are you on? I guess there are two billing systems for Cingular still. SBC and BellSouth. I guess those addons are on the Bellsouth system. I'm just copying this info from Howardforums....
