That little led that blinks on top of the unit.....Should it blink red with a new message indefinately? I walk up to the unit, after a message has been received ( i was away from it ) and the light...

I used it initially and it worked great!! I did have to do a wipe once, and when I went back to reload, it actually wiped my address book on the computer. I think i made a bad selection and did it...

how do i change what is the default email "from" address??? i.e. when I start an email composition, the address that automatically pops up in the "from" field....

one and the other...

Out of curiosity, i see people with a signature with something like t-mobile unit and cingular OS....are people actually mixing and matching os's and machines? How and why would one do that?
