there is also a workaround on the rim knowledge base but seems that is a guide on "try to fix it..." that a real guide on how to resolv it. :x

Domino Server fall down (now UP) - BES wont reach it

The Domino primary server fall down for unspecified reason. Now ,again, it's up and running.
