Hi
Does anyone have a document that details which versions of BES support which features in R8? e.g. out of office service, message recall etc?

I can't find much on RIM's website

You will need to speak to your carrier

You cannot put a BIS only device on a BES. You will need to get the device provisioned for BIS and BES or BES only for this to work. Not sure if it costs any more but it won't work until this...

We have our BES setup to go through a proxy. When we go to a blocked site from a PC we get redirected to an internal "This website is blocked" page.

Hi

We are about to upgrade from 4.1.3 HF1 to 4.1.5 and then apply the pdf patch.

Will we need to upgrade all of our remote BlackBerry manager installations?

I have one user who reports that all messages have dissappeared from his device apart from Todays.
This includes sent and files messages.
There is nothing at all in the BES logs showing this...

Yes you can do that, BES supports directory assistance. I beleive you need the additional NABS on the BES but it's all in the admin guide

Phone number in blackberry manager

when I look at the user list through bb manager, I only see the phone number for a few users.

How do I update the list to show everyones phone numbers?

I know that doing a hard delete from the Lotus Notes mailfile can cause the deletion not to get pushed to the BlackBerry so I'm guessing you can't do it the other way round for the same reason.
